Scope and general purpose of job:
To supervise and organize the Slots floor to the highest standards of efficiency, security and customer relations, in accordance with the procedures and policies of the company.
Key responsibilities will include:
Maintain a high level of customer service, both personal and from Slot personnel.
To co-ordinate and implement promotional activities.
To deal with disputes and complaints in a diplomatic and professional manner.
To answer promptly any calls for assistance from players and assist them in any way possible relating to the playing of machines or malfunctions.
Ensures that guests enjoy their visit by ensuring that slots personnel provides at all times efficient, warm and professional service
Settles diplomatically any disputes that may arise.
Creates a friendly, helpful and welcoming atmosphere with the personnel so that this positive attitude is transmitted across to the clientele
The applicant must at a minimum meet the following criteria
Good organizational and leader skills
High levels of responsibility and communication
Good skills in both spoken and written English as well as PC Applications
